Q2. What information do I need to provide to get a fast, accurate quote?

A:More detailed are the supplied data and more faster and accurately we can quote. We firmly abide by the "if in doubt - ask" principle.

Ideally we ask as follows:

	(1) Gerber data comprising every 'layer' required to manufacture the PCB.
	(2) Other PCB fabrication requirements as: Number of Layers, Stack-up, Base Materials, Color of Solder Masks and Silkscreen, Finishing and other.
	(3) A comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) itemizing: 　　a: Component Manufacturer and Manufacturer’s Part 　　b. Component description (rating value, type, package, tolerance and power) 　　c. Reference designators with corresponding quantities 　　d. Indicate approved alternative components 　　e. If firmware is required, please list each firmware as a BOM line item (Including revision)
	(4) Any other construction information, i.e. details of any mechanical assembly, fabrication information for enclosures, wiring, artwork, programming and testing requirements.

Q3. Do you have an MOQ requirement for orders?

A: We don’t really have a MOQ requirement. To higher quantities correspond more competitive prices.

Q4. What is your build lead time?

A: It depends on your products complexity. Usually we need between 3 and 10 working days after all components ready.

Q5. May I visit production facilities?

Visitors to our production facilities are always welcome.
