About the Role
As a Stores Operator, you will be joining an established, pro-active and enthusiastic team to ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage and distribution of materials in accordance with company requirements.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Receive materials into the company and check for damage, quantity and quality against documentation. |

Ensure the booking-in of materials and locate/assign locations for stock within stores. |
|
|
Identify non-conforming material,recognise any material problems and report to appropriate staff/departments. |
|
|
Handle internal transfer of material. |
|
|
Return goods to suppliers where necessary in accordance with procedures. |
|
|
Control shortage management of material at goods receipt. |
|
|
Accurately produce kits in accordance with shop order schedules/priorities. Ensure correct documentation accompanies each shop order. |
|
|
Maintain accurate stock control and ensure preservation of stock. |
|
|
Enter, update and maintain data within the system accurately. Generate reports (shortage, scheduleof shop orders etc). |
|
|
Deal effectively with queries with reference to documentation, systems and liaising with necessary departments/staff. |
|
| Dispatch goods (packing appropriately, ensuring all items are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner by the appropriate carrier). | |
